Seseli gummiferum (Moon carrot) — enormous, intricately branched, domed umbels of pale pink buds fading to luminous white, over a structural rosette of silvery-grey foliage. A good pick for pollinators, fully hardy, full sun. Needs bright, direct light to keep its silvery-grey leaves compact.
